Well, I can't send it because I can't find your email address on your profile or your blog. However, I explain how I do the scrolling things in my main blog here.
To list your archives in a scrollbox like that, include the "#blogscroll" code from the link above (with the necessary changes to match the colors to your blog's color scheme) in the header (style) portion of your blog.
Then, in the portion of your blog template that lists your archives (between <h2 class="sidebar-title">Archives</h2> and <ul class="archive-list"> ) insert the following line: <div id="blogscroll" align=left> then at the end of the archive portion of your blog template, right after the </ul> tag insert a </div> tag. It should work for you.
